YGAME™ is a real-time social discovery platform that helps people nearby meet for dating, friendship and professional networking. By combining real-time availability, location and shared intent, YGAME turns online discovery into real-world connections.

The YGAME Platform is built on three core principles: Safety First, Zero-Trust Protection, and Structured Compatibility Matching for every member of the YGAME network to succeed in: Dating, Friendship, and Networking!

We never sell the personal data we process, nor do we use it for any purpose other than providing our advanced services. We also empower people to access, correct, and delete their personal information, giving our users full control over the data that passes through YGAME network.

HARMONY Insight compares the structured preferences you and another person have declared. It’s a signal, not a prediction. You always decide whether a match feels right — no algorithm replaces your own judgment.

At YGAME Platform, the term Zero-Trust Protection means that we apply the highest possible level of security and privacy to our platform, based on modern international standards. In simple terms, Zero-Trust means:

“We never assume anything is safe by default — every access, every action, and every data request must be verified.”

This approach protects users even in situations where traditional cybersecurity models fail.

Canada has one of the world’s strongest data-protection frameworks. The federal legislative act PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) has been in effect since 2000 and regulates how private companies collect, use, transfer, and store personal data of Canadian citizens. PIPEDA aligns with the modern “Gold Standards” of global privacy legislation:

•GDPR (2016) — the world’s strictest privacy framework for EU citizens

•CCPA (2018) — California’s privacy and consumer-rights law

•APPI (2003/2015/2020) — Japan’s personal-information protection act

•FADP (2023) — Switzerland’s updated federal data-protection act

Canada is officially recognized as a jurisdiction that provides “adequate protection” of personal data by the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other leading regulators. This recognition applies to Canadian private companies that process and store user data within Canada under full PIPEDA compliance.

PIPEDA is Canada’s privacy law with 10 principles to safeguard your information (like nickname, photos, location): 

1. Accountability: We have Privacy Officers ensuring compliance. 

2. Purpose: We collect data only for clear purposes, like matching you with others. 

3. Consent: We ask for your explicit consent (checkbox) before processing your data. 

4. Limiting Collection: We only gather what’s needed, nothing extra. 

5. Limiting Use: Your data is used only for agreed purposes. 

6. Accuracy: We keep your data up-to-date; you can update it anytime. 

7. Safeguards: We use encryption and industry-standard, independently audited infrastructure to protect your data. 

8. Openness: Our Privacy Policy explains everything clearly. 

9. Access: You can correct your data, change access to it, delete your account and profiles at any time.

The YGAME app is unique in its approach to determining HARMONY Insight matching between members of the YGAME community. Instead of relying solely on surface-level characteristics, YGAME Platform uses HARMONY Insight — a transparent, deterministic matching engine — to help members find relevant connections based on their declared structured data. 

YGAME is focused on real-time coordination: you see who is nearby and open to meet right now, across three separate contexts — Dating, Friendship, and Business - with no cross-context data leakage.

HARMONY Insight is YGAME’s transparent, deterministic matching engine. It compares the structured data you and another person have explicitly declared — no behavioral tracking, no black-box AI. HARMONY Insight calculates a structured correspondence score based solely on what both users have told the platform. 

HARMONY Insight updates in real-time.

The YGAME app enables you to search and filter profiles based on estimation of HARMONY Insight matching, as well as other preferences like search range, and personal character. However, most filtration options are only available on a paid plan and may not be accessible in the free version.

Short answer: they are optional, personal account privacy settings and preference filters that only you control. YGAME™ never filters, ranks, hides or judges anyone by appearance. These tools simply let you decide who you’d like to see. You never have to use them, and your experience works perfectly without them.

Here is exactly how it works, in plain terms:

1. They are 100% optional. You never have to enter your height, weight, eye colour or hair colour. These fields are empty by default. You can leave every one of them blank, fill in only the ones you want, or delete them later. Your profile works fully either way.

2. You control them — the platform does not. YGAME™ does not use these attributes to filter, rank, hide, score or judge anyone. There is no “ideal” body type and no hidden algorithm sorting people by looks. These are your preference tools: they only narrow the list of people that you choose to see, based on what you are looking for. No one is ever excluded by us.

3. Why we offer them at all. Physical attraction and external compatibility are a normal, honest part of how many people choose a romantic partner — often it is the very first thing someone notices. Different people look for different things, and that is completely okay. Just as you can filter by age or distance, these optional filters let you spend your time on matches that fit your own preferences instead of scrolling endlessly. (Height preferences, for example, are a standard feature across dating apps.)

4. You decide, field by field, in every profile. YGAME™ uses one consistent set of profile fields across all three contexts — Dating, Friendship and Business — and you control each field individually in each profile. For every field, including Height, Weight, Eye Colour and Hair Colour, you choose whether to fill it in and whether to make it visible — separately for your Dating, Friendship and Business profiles. So you might choose to show a field in one context and hide it in another, or leave it empty everywhere. Nothing is shared or carried over between your profiles automatically, and YGAME™ never sets any of this for you — the choice in each profile is entirely yours.

5. No judgement, nothing pre-set. Nothing is pre-filled or assumed about you. The filters are neutral tools. YGAME™ is an inclusive platform — our Community Guidelines prohibit harassment and body-shaming. A preference is simply a preference, never a verdict on anyone’s worth.

6. Your data stays yours. Anything you enter is self-declared and optional. You decide what is visible in each context, you can edit or delete it at any time, and you can make your profile private. We never sell this data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to profile you. (See our Privacy Policy and PIPEDA section.)

7. Is this allowed? Yes. These are your own personal preferences, not decisions the platform makes about people. Anti-discrimination laws apply to employers, landlords and businesses serving the public — not to an individual’s personal dating preferences. Choosing who you would like to meet is both lawful and standard in the dating world.

How to change privacy settings: In YGAME App go to Settings → Dating Profile, Friendship Profile, Business Profile. Turn any checkbox ON or OFF. 

In short: these fields are optional, private and entirely in your hands. You decide if, when and how to use them — and you can switch them off or delete them at any time.

The YGAME platform takes user privacy seriously and follows industry-standard security measures to protect personal information. We have strict policies in place to safeguard your data, and you have full control over your data at any time. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Connecting your social media accounts is optional, and can provide additional insights into your interests as well as help confirm your identity. Visit my profile section and edit your account. 

The application features a reporting system that enables users to flag any inappropriate behaviour or offensive content in several ways.

Users can report such content by accessing the support chatbot in the support section, which can be found by clicking on the question mark icon located at the top of the navigation menu.

Additionally, users can also flag content by opening the 3 dot menu on the account page that violates our  Guidelines, or  through their private chatroom  by clicking on the user avatar icon and opening the user chat profile 

Once a report is submitted, it will be reviewed by our moderation team that will promptly take the necessary actions.  See our Guidelines for more information.

We offer a dedicated customer support bot to assist our users. Moreover, we have a team of professionals who are always available to help you. You can contact them via email. We highly recommend that you first seek solutions with the support chatbot integrated into our app for more efficient support.

While the app offers a free basic version, there are premium features available with a subscription. These features enhance user experience and provide access to advanced compatibility insights.

The app has a set of community guidelines that prohibit discriminatory, harassing, or offensive behaviour. Moderation is conducted to maintain an inclusive and positive environment for all users. For more information, please refer to the Guidelines.

When you create your profile, you have the option to set specific objectives for each profile type - Dating, Friendship, and Business. These goals could include finding a romantic partner who shares your interests, meeting new friends who enjoy the same hobbies as you, or networking with professionals in your field. By defining these objectives, the app can provide more tailored matches that align with your individual preferences and priorities.

You can delete your account on the YGAME app anytime you want to leave the platform. However, we may retain certain records for up to 180 days for security and legal compliance, as described in our Terms of Use.
